That idiotic, cold-hearted strategy means that Biden and the NATO countries have given up on Ukraine and are only hoping that the war in Ukraine will weaken Russia enough by the end of the year to stop Putin from invading other European countries. In other words, Biden and NATO are using the Ukrainians to fight their war for them.
