Are Ukrainian soldiers torturing Russian POWs by shooting them in their legs?

ANSWER: Operator Starsky claims that the videos showing so-called Ukrainian soldiers shooting Russian POWs in their legs is Russian propaganda and explains how you can spot it.

Operator Starsky raises the following questions about the videos: "Why aren't the so-called POWs that were supposedly shot in their legs bleeding? Why are the so-called Ukrainian soldiers wearing uniforms that are popular with the Russia military? Why aren't the so-called Ukrainian soldiers wearing Ukrainian patches and markings, such as the Ukrainian flag patch and the blue armbands that all Ukrainian soldiers wear to distinguish themselves from Russian soldiers? Those seem like good questions, don't they.

Also, Chechen warlord and Putin ally Ramzan Kadyrov supposedly traveled to the Ukrainian city of Mariupol where he made a video proving that he and his men were there, but in the background of the video you can see a gas station that has franchises in Russia but not in Ukraine. In other words, the Chechen warlord video is also Russian propaganda.

So, besides not being very good at fighting, it seems that the Russians are also not very good at making propaganda videos.
