ANSWER:Apparently it does work in places like Russia and North Korea, where dictatorial governments control the news and the way people act and think and where they punish those who do not act and think the way their dictators want them to act and think. How bad is it in Russia?
Even the parents of young Russian soldiers fighting and dying in the war in Ukraine do not believe their sons are fighting and dying in Ukraine. Even when their sons call their parents and tell them that they are now prisoners of war (POW) in Ukraine, their parents do not believe them and say things similar to the following: "What? You can't be a prisoner of war in Ukraine because there is no war in Ukraine. Stop talking nonsense."
In Russia, you can go to jail or prison for calling the Ukraine War a "war." You can read more about the exodus out of Russia HERE.
ANSWER:That is what the Russian soldiers themselves are saying while they are in the back of a truck going somewhere. They complain that many of them have already been killed and captured by the Ukrainians, and they are angry at those who forced them into this situation. You can read more about the situation HERE.
In the video below, a Ukrainian soldier seems to confirm that many of the Russian soldiers they are killing are just kids sent to Ukraine as "cannon fodder," which essentially means that their Russian commanders are just sacrificing them to protect their more trained soldiers.
ANSWER:That is what retired General Jack Keane thinks, and I think he is right. Why does the Biden administration want Putin to win the war in Ukraine?
Because the Ukrainian war is inconvenient for Biden, who is more worried about what it might mean for Democrats in November than what it means for Ukrainians now and in the future. Afterall, Biden is basically just a half-wit politician. But the Biden administration is also afraid of what Putin might do if he loses the war. In other words, Biden and his administration are paralyzingly afraid of a possible Putin temper tantrum. That is why Biden was slow to put sanctions on Russia and to supply Ukraine with the hi-tech weapons it needed to repel a Russian invasion. That is also why Biden has drawn his "red line" to exclude Ukraine. Biden to Putin: "[You can take Ukraine, but] "Don't even THINK about moving on one single inch of NATO territory."
But I suspect that when Putin invades Poland, which is a NATO-member country, Biden will then say, "Okay, you can have Poland, but don't even THINK about invading another NATO country."
However, Ukrainian President Zelensky screwed up Biden's plan to give Ukraine to Putin when he refused to accept Biden's "ride" out of Ukraine.
ANSWER:I suspect Ukrainian solders will greet Putin's murdering mercenaries with the words "Welcome to Ukraine," which is something Ukrainian soldiers sometimes say when they ambush Russian soldiers.
ANSWER:Yes, Ukrainian forces are slowly but steadily pushing Russian invaders out of Ukrainian cities, towns, and villages and have recently pushed them out of the eastern Ukrainian village of Mala Rohan.
ANSWER:Operator Starsky claims that the videos showing so-called Ukrainian soldiers shooting Russian POWs in their legs is Russian propaganda and explains how you can spot it.
Operator Starsky raises the following questions about the videos: "Why aren't the so-called POWs that were supposedly shot in their legs bleeding? Why are the so-called Ukrainian soldiers wearing uniforms that are popular with the Russia military? Why aren't the so-called Ukrainian soldiers wearing Ukrainian patches and markings, such as the Ukrainian flag patch and the blue armbands that all Ukrainian soldiers wear to distinguish themselves from Russian soldiers? Those seem like good questions, don't they.
Also, Chechen warlord and Putin ally Ramzan Kadyrov supposedly traveled to the Ukrainian city of Mariupol where he made a video proving that he and his men were there, but in the background of the video you can see a gas station that has franchises in Russia but not in Ukraine. In other words, the Chechen warlord video is also Russian propaganda.
So, besides not being very good at fighting, it seems that the Russians are also not very good at making propaganda videos.
ANSWER:She was a 24-year-old Ukrainian woman killed by Russian soldiers in Ukraine on March 14 while she was working as a consultant for Fox News there. She was also the girlfriend of Sviatoslav Yurash, the youngest member ever of the Ukrainian Parliament.
ANSWER: Well, one very smart little boy thinks the following:
Sadly, the little boy is exactly right. While Ukrainians are dying, the Biden administration and NATO are just talking and watching to see who wins. Maybe someday Ukrainians will get a chance to return the favor by just watching to see who wins if Putin or someone like him invades Germany, the United States, or some other NATO country. I wouldn't blame them if they did.
ANSWER:Because Biden is just an old halfwit politician who is just a pretend leader, not a real leader. That means that he cares more about "woke" politics than the fact that Ukrainians are dying, and it also means that he is not smart enough to play chess, only a bad game of checkers.
Putin needs to be stopped in Ukraine, but unfortunately the United States does not have the right president to do it, and European leaders have always been weak. That means that if Putin is to be stopped, the Ukrainians will have to do it.
ANSWER:Instead of fighting just defensive battles, Ukrainian forces are now starting to fight offensively. The Ukrainians have been using drones and information from Ukrainian locals to effectively target Russian forces, forcing them to either retreat or take defensive positions. So, it seems the tables are starting to turn against Putin's invading forces.
ANSWER:I had read that one Russian ship was destroyed while at dock in the port and another destroyed while leaving port, but this news report mentions only one ship being destroyed. Will Ukrainian forces be able to take back this port? We'll see.
ANSWER: Yes, but before the United States and the world had the balls to help. Now they only have the balls to impose leaky sanctions and to supply only "defensive" weapons, which does not include fighter aircraft.
Today, Biden said that they will maintain sanctions on Russia for "the remainder of this entire year" and that "that is what will stop him (Putin)."
So, according to dimwit Biden, Ukrainians only have to survive for the rest of the year to be safe from Putin, if any Ukrainians are still alive at the end of the year. That idiotic, cold-hearted strategy means that Biden and the NATO countries have given up on Ukraine and are only hoping that the war in Ukraine will weaken Russia enough by the end of the year to stop Putin from invading other European countries. In other words, Biden and NATO are using the Ukrainians to fight their war for them.
ANSWER:The Russian amphibious landing ship "Orsk," which was designed to carry 300 to 400 troops and 20 tanks or armored vehicles. Where is it being blowing up? In the Ukrainian port city of Berdyansh, which was captured by Russian forces on February 28. Were any other Russian ships damaged? Yes, two other Russian ships are said to have been either damaged or destroyed. The port's fuel depot is also said to be on fire. What does this mean? It means that it will now be even harder for Putin's invading army to take over the besieged Ukrainian city of Mariupol.
Ukrainian Armed forces report that between February 24 and March 23 (so within one month), the Russian invaders have lost 15,800 troops, 530 tanks, 1,597 armored combat vehicles, 280 artillery systems, and 47 anti-aircraft weapons.
ANSWER:It is hard to tell how the average Chinese person feels about the war in Ukraine because of all the Chinese censorship, but it seems that only those who support Ukraine are being censored. Those Chinese who support Putin can proudly announce it to the world, like the Chinese woman in the video below who said the following:
"Today is the most inspiring day of 2022. Because Russia attacked Ukraine. I feel so happy. It's like seeing China recapturing Taiwan. It's so awesome! Putin is so dominant, strong, and handsome. He's not just Russia's hero. He's the hero of my heart."
ANSWER:Well, the Russian commanders say that they don't need them, but I think the real reason is that it would be inconvenient for Putin to have 10,000 or more dead Russian soldiers returned to Russia from Ukraine since that would be 20 times more than the 498 that Russia has so far acknowledged. So, this means that there will be thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of Russian mothers who will never know what happened to their sons in Ukraine.
ANSWER:I have read HERE that the regiment consisted of about 2,000 men with 200 armored vehicles, and I have also read that the regiment has been destroyed in Ukraine and its commander killed. There is supposedly only one severely wounded survivor. That means that about 2,000 Russian soldiers were killed in the battle, and, by the way, it was reported today that six Russian generals have now been killed in Ukraine.
ANSWER:Hundreds of thousands of people, and most of them are people who do not support Putin's regime. Can these people be used to tell their friends and family that are still in Russia the truth about Putin's war in Ukraine? Maybe.
ANSWER:One reason may be that they know that their tanks and other military vehicles are good targets in Ukraine, and another reason may be that they simply do not want to kill Ukrainian civilians, including women and children. This is Putin's insane war, not theirs.
ANSWER:"They are actually telling me that they should get rid of Putin, of course." What about the war? "All of them are against it; they are ashamed."
ANSWER:I think so. Putin has lost the war in Ukraine and now seems to fear retaliation from Russians who are angry not only that he killed thousands of innocent civilians in Ukraine but also that he sacrificed almost 14,000 Russian soldiers to do it, all while turning Russia into a bigger version of North Korea. As more and more Russians learn that Putin has been lying about Ukraine, will a paranoid and fearful Putin start killing more of his own people in a desperate attempt to stay in power?
ANSWER:They are shot by their own troops, according to captured Russian soldiers. So, Russian soldiers have only three choices: to advance, to surrender, or to be shot. The captured Russian soldiers say that they can't understand what is going on. That is why Putin is losing this war.
ANSWER:I don't know, but if Putin's plan in Ukraine was to lose hundreds of tanks, thousands of military vehicles, and tens of thousands of troops, then everything is going according to plan.
ANSWER:That is what some captured Russian soldiers are telling Ukrainian authorities. They say that in Russia they are already considered dead. One captured Russian soldier said that he was shot by his own troops when he tried to protect Ukrainian citizens. Another said that his parents have told him that they have already prepared a funeral for him.
ANSWER:Because the Biden Administration wanted the MiGs to be flown to Ukraine from Poland, not from a US airbase in Germany, which is how the Poles wanted to transfer the fighter jets. Why did the Poles want to transfer the jets from a US airbase instead of a Polish airbase? Because they did not trust the United States and other NATO member countries to come to their defense if they were attacked by Russia for giving the fighter jets to Ukraine. Putin has threatened war on any country that supplies Ukraine with fighter jets.
Poland is a NATO member country, which means that it is supposedly under the protection of the North Atlantic Treaty, which says in Article 5 that an attack on any NATO member country "in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack on them all," and that means that the other NATO member countries would be expected to come to the defense of the NATO member country that is attacked.
The fact that the Biden Administration changed its mind about giving Polish MiGs to Ukraine after Poland said that the fighter jets should be transferred from a US airbase in Germany instead of from an airbase in Poland suggests that the United States, and probably some other NATO member countries, would not have come to Poland's defense if it had been attacked by Russia, and that suggests that Article 5 in the North Atlantic Treaty is essentially just words on a piece of paper.
Two Russian generals killed within a week in Ukraine would be evidence that Ukraine is an unhealthy place for Russian generals. And this news makes me wonder if Russian generals will start making excuses for not going there: "I'm sorry, Mr. Putin, but I can't go to Ukraine. I have a dental appointment next week."
ANSWER:Well, at least these three non-Koreans are discussing the invasion in the Korean language. One of them is Russian, one Ukrainian, and one American.
ANSWER:Because Ukrainians are fighting for their homeland and way of life and have the support of almost the entire world while Russians are fighting for the insane dream of one evil dictator and have the support of only a few other evil dictators. Eventually, Russians will get tired of seeing their sons, husbands, fathers, uncles, cousins, and friends dying in a senseless war and will demand that Putin end the war. And if Putin refuses, I think Russians will then demand the end of Putin.
Try to imagine a madman with dreams of being an emperor invading your country and killing your family, friends, and neighbors. What would you do? Would you fight back or give up?
As you see the people you love being killed and your country being destroyed, what kind of help would you expect from friendly neighboring countries and other friendly countries around the world? Would their words of support and encouragement be enough? Or would you expect something more? Would you be able to understand their reluctance to help you militarily for fear that their countries might also be attacked? Would you be able to understand their reluctance to stop buying the madman's oil for fear that their gas prices might go up and hurt their leaders' chances for reelection?
This is supposedly the national anthem of Ukraine. It makes me very sad when I think that Ukraine and its people are being destroyed by Russia's insane leader. And it also makes me sad that the United States and the other countries of the world are not doing enough to stop it. It reminds me of how the world feared and ignored Hitler until after he had destroyed much of it. Each century seems to have a Hitler, and this century's Hitler seems to be Putin. I wonder who this century's Mao will be?
ANSWER:Absurdly ridiculous. It is hard to believe that Russians could believe such crap, and I suspect that most of them do not believe it but are too afraid to say so.
ANSWER:That's the rumor. You can read more about it on the Fox News Web site HERE.
"Staff at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Enerhodar sent a message to Ukrainian media and government authorities warning that the Russian troops that took the plant are trying to lay down explosives in order to 'blackmail the whole of Europe.'"
ANSWER:I don't know. The total destruction of Ukraine? The invasion of another European country? Nuclear catastrophe? Biden to get back from his weekend trip to Delaware?
NATO just seems weak and feckless to me, like a big group of Joe Bidens. Even if a NATO-member country were attacked by Russia, I would not be surprised if the other NATO member countries would still debate on whether to respond:
NATO Member Country A: "Should we get involved?"
NATO Member Country B: "I don't know. It might start something. Maybe we should just wait and see what happens. In the meantime, we could send them some blankets and maybe some toys for the kids."
The failed coup against Mikhail Gorberchev by Soviet hardliners in 1991 led to the breakup of the Soviet Union. During that attempted coup, the "Swan Lake" ballet video below played on a loop on Soviet TV. In the past, the video has also been played during a change in leadership after Soviet leaders have died. For example, it was played following the death of Soviet Premier Leonard Brezhnev when Soviet leaders were selecting his replacement.
Yesterday the Russian TV channel "TV Rain" played the "Swan Lake" ballet video on their channel after the entire TV staff resigned and walked off the set during a live stream in protest of Russian Dictator Vladimir Putin's decree that any journalist who reports the truth about Russia's invasion of Ukraine could go to jail for 15 years. The video seemed to hint that there needs to be a change of leadership in Russia. The last thing that was said before the TV staff walked off the set was the Russian phrase for "No to war!"
The "Swan Lake" ballet video that plays at the end of the video is supposedly the same one that played on all Soviet TV channels when the Soviet Union collapsed. On Friday, Putin decreed that any journalist that reports the truth about the Russian invasion of Ukraine could go to jail for 15 years.
ANSWER:I think so, based on the cheers the Ukrainian President receives when he addresses, via video link, a huge crowd in Prague, the capital city of the Czech Republic.
ANSWER:The Ukrainians are fighting for their homeland; the Russians are fighters for an insane, murdering dictator. It reminds me of when Nazi Germany invaded Russia in World War II, except that this time the Russians are the Nazis.
ANSWER:Like these Russian conscripts who were forced to invade Ukraine and then abandoned there after they had served their purpose. What was their purpose? It seems their purpose was to draw the fire of the Ukrainian military while Russian assassination squads went into Ukraine to assassinate the leaders of Ukraine. Now it appears that these Russian soldiers are being "fired" while they are still trapped in Ukraine. They have apparently been asked to sign termination letters saying that they were never there, and they are not very happy about it, especially since they have little food, water, or shelter.
ANSWER: If Putin's corrupt backers start losing enough of their ill-gotten gains due to economic sanctions, there is a chance they may decide to retire the crazy old man.
ANSWER: Yes! Putin is quickly turning Russia into another North Korea. And I suspect it won't be too long before Russians start asking North Koreans to share some of their recipes for grass and tree-bark soup.
Believe it or not, the United States is still buying Russian oil, which means that the United States is still financially supporting Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The way the world is allowing Putin to continue to commit his atrocities in Ukraine reminds me of the way the world allowed Hitler commit his in Europe.
The world seems to be saying to Ukrainians, "Don't worry. We will mourn you after you are dead and may even build a monument to remember you.
ANSWER:That you do not have to just kowtow to the tyrants of the world.
The world essentially told Putin, "We can't stop you, so go ahead and take Ukraine, but we will be very, very, very upset if you do. Yes, we will continue to buy your oil, but we won't like it." So, our spineless world leaders essentially gave Putin the green light to invade Ukraine.
The world gave up on Ukraine, but Ukrainians did not give up. They are reminding our spineless world leaders that you do not have to just kowtow to the tyrants of the world.
