What is the Chinese word for "lunch"?
ANSWER:中飯 (중반), which literally means "middle (中) meal (飯)."
The Korean word for "lunch" is 점심 (點心), which literally means "dot (點) heart (心)." I don't usually eat "dot hearts." In China, 點心 (점심) is a kind of dumpling that the Chinese pronounce as "dim (點) sum (心)."
